“I started riding young. Then a horse named Faith showed me my true love.”
Bunny asked if I could ride her horse Faith, because no one else liked her. I said yes, of course, and fell in love. Faith was the challenge I needed: she taught me to stay patient, stay optimistic and grow more confident. Butters taught me to let go of my expectations and let what is meant to happen, happen.
Now I help teach riders with Bunny at Anything Horse. I love helping riders who are unsure of horses at first, and watching the switch flip as they fall in love with riding. My goal: train toward certification as a horse trainer and riding instructor, then study veterinary science.

You can see what a horse is thinking just by watching their body language. Most people miss how much their eyes tell you.
Lessons are for beginners, young riders, teens and first-timers. In your first lesson I'll help you groom your horse properly and tack up. Once you are on, I walk you through how to walk, stop and turn, and we build from there one skill at a time on a calm lesson horse. Nervous? Your horse knows its job, and so do I.
Horse training runs with Bunny at Anything Horse. I'm still learning it alongside her, and I help care for the horses every day. If you'd like your own horse trained, Anything Horse is the place to start.
A trail ride is a guided ride of about 2 hours through mountain forest, with an open field now and then, birds and the breeze in the leaves. I will ask if you want to be led and check in all the way, so every rider feels comfortable. The curated photo shoots on the trail are a crowd favorite. It is open country and horses can spook, so bring your own water.
I show you how to groom your horse properly, and how to read its eyes: calm and relaxed, or on high alert.
I show you how to tack up your horse, one step at a time, so you know how it all fits. Always check your cinch before you get on: a loose one slides around and can give your horse saddle sores.
When you get on, I walk you through how to ask your horse to walk, stop and turn. That's it. We build from there.
In my experience when a horse starts to trust you they'll start following you around.
Faith
“The horse no one else liked. She was the challenge I needed, and she taught me patience.”
Butters
“Butters taught me to let go of my expectations. I ride her to help lead drills for beginners.”
Lady
“All the horses galloped down the field and Lady followed. I felt like I was flying.”
Even horses have off days, and aren't perfect. That's part of learning to ride.
I want them to leave feeling fulfilled, and more confident in themselves as well as safe.
Lessons run with Anything Horse, supervised by Bunny, who has ridden since she was 16.
Every booking and message goes to a parent or guardian, never to Kennedy directly.
Calm lesson horses that know their job and will keep your rider safe.
Your child being anxious is normal, and it's my job to help them get over their fear of riding, or of horses in general. I'll help them fall in love with spending time with their horse, and with riding.
To see the conversation between my horse and I when I'm not in a rush.
